CIRCULAR No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2021/19, Dated, February 09, 2021
Considering amendments to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 on the inclusion of member of the promoter group, and designated person instead of employee, in Regulation 7 of PIT Regulations.
And based on feedback from market participants and stock exchanges, the SEBI has revised the disclosure formats (Forms B to D).
